Remember that here in the PI they have a law that is side with their own citizens. In any altercation between a local and a foreigner.... the foreigner IS always in the wrong even if the local is the one that initiated the attack. Its a damn fuckup law.
So remember NEVER NEVER ever lay hands on a Filipino.... the law is on their side.
60,000p is more than he should pay. The standard rate for a "Get out of jail card" is only 50,000p.
