Do not use the email that they sent to notify you of the cancellation and alternative flight to reply to them.... it is automated and any reply via that email will be logged as accepted. Then you will have problem changing the flight or getting refund. They will also consider your ticket as flown if you never turn up on the alternative flight.
It is better to call them or if you must email them..... then use the Cebu Pacific contact email instead.
