I have done a dozen refunds on Sea Air, all within 3 days of cancellation of flight by Sea Air (Sea Air Domestic Flights though)..
And once, just once, when I wanted make Cebu Pac fly me on the day they had cancelled the original flight, they pushed me to go on the following day evening - and when I demanded that I fly on the same date or atleast the previous day evening - they refused.
No mood to fight with them, and took their offered flight and and when I RTB, I called in Sick leave

Oh, well, when you call Cebu Pac Helpline, you feel like telling them to stop the formalities and pleasantries and address the problem, when a customer is calling from overseas .. they insist you hear the pleasantries running for 10 minutes before asking what your problem is and then telling you to 'please hold on sir, I will get a supervisor for you .. ' or something like that .. |
Yes, I get refund in credit card about 2 months later. Or now they use a credit account for you to pay next booking.
I think if you speak tagalog, you will get results.I think you speak English with the officer, he may not understand what you say cos he learn "parrot" english. Joke Lang.
