I dun think there is any taxi service between these 2 locations..... just some private vehicles for hire where you negotiate the price with the driver.
As Malolos is only about half an hour away from Manila..... you can go to Manila and get a Manila taxi to AC for about 2800p-3000p.
The locals prefer to travel by bus as Malolos is on the route which the buses from Manila passes through on its way to AC... the main bus companies plying this route are the Rabbit Line, Victory Liner which goes down NL Expressway - Manila North Road - MacArthurway Highway - Dau.... fare about 170p.
There is also a jeepney service running between Malolos - Dau if you enjoy squeezing amongst the locals which cost 24p.
