Bcos the availability is rarer compared to gals from lower qualification. This oso applies to other countries (esp industralized economies). Some cheonsters experienced the
feel great & high ego kind of feeling when bonking a Grad or undergrad gal. Maybe same feeling from bonking a SIA Stewardess or a Car show model. The demand is there and hence, drives up the price tag lor!
