AC has changed very much since 2004..... it has been developed and growing rapidly. It will expand tremendously over the next few years as the Koreans and the Middle East Arabs are competing with each other to develop Mega projects.... the Koreans in CDC and the Arabs are going to develop a "City" at the vacant land next to SM Mall.
