I also find the rice at most street stalls hard to eat. This stall do serve decent rice.
We are used to Thai 100% fragrant rice that's 75p a kilo. Their rice average 34p a kilo. Government controlled NFA rice from Vietnam cost only 27p a kilo. Heard from the locals that it taste like oil.
Unlucky for me I may not be able to meet you in Jan. Last I checked I leave on the day you arrive AC. My loss.
