There is a taxi kiosk just before the exit of DMIA..... tell the girl manning the counter you want a direct transport to Subic and ask her to arrange..... normally they arrange for AC - Manila - AC but they do accept requests for other destinations as well. This kiosk is different from the other taxi kiosk at the exit of the airport. Fare should be around 1800p.
