rates - subjective ..

Targetted ? well, even with no money, if you are not careful, you can be picked clean ..

Do some read up on the regulars recommendations ..

For me- I change here, and as much as possible, limit cash transactions to bar fines and tips - all else - Hotel and all on Card - so no much need to change, and you can withdraw in ATMs there .. subject to limits of 10,000 at atms ..

If I need more than 10,000 then I am in deep shit .. is my 2 cents..

Oh, I don't mind the 'cross border' fess, and prefer to play safe .. than to be eyed by guys who loitering around ATMs or Money changers ..

Others have their own plans ..
