Just arrived to Clark around 9pm....... in my several years of cheonging to AC.... I have never seen a situation like tonite....... it is practically like walking into a ghost town as I made my way to Pacific Breeze from Checkpoint....... light drizzle and EMPTY Street !! ........ even the nuisance beggar kids and stray dogs are nowhere to be seen.
