Hi bros, if a WL contracted STD, her OKT will not be penalized ...
It is the same for WL who got herself pregnant whilst offering raw job. But of course the OKT concern would be summoned by AV Officer for a round of stern verbal thrashing only for failing to educate their WLs ... WL getting pregnant or contracted STD is realistically beyond the control of OKT as it is not an airborne virus. If one WL contracted SAR like virus, then the whole shop would prolly be closed for quarantine ...
For examples, in the past, one Malaysian WL from L16 was deported because she contracted STD and a couple of L20's PRC WL who contracted STD-related throat infection were suspended from duty for 7 days, they can only return to work after the DSC doc gave them the greenlight to do so ... Minor STD-related issues are not uncommon in fact ... However, all these does not warrant a suspension against the OKT concern ... Business as usual ...
However, please do not get me wrong, I am not implying Si Si has contracted STD ...
