PRC rate is normally going for 500k per booking, excluding tips.
Room starts around 200k and I believe per hour charge and min 3 hours.
Drinks and snacks, that's up to u. Open a bottle of hard liquor or so will set u back around 700k, the cheapest.
Booking out is on negotiation skill with the mommy there and the market situation. (Around 1 juta??)
