Hi bros anyone encountered passing STDs without having symptoms before?

Had a BBBJ from an FL 1+ month ago and been feeling okay since then. Afterwards received oral from my GF. Then this week she started having pain in her jaw from saliva gland plus lower abdominal pain. Going to go for testing this week but anyone had a similar encounter before?
