Pills are nothing more than a band aid. EG you have a headache and it goes away if you pop a pain killer but that doesn't fix the cause of the headache all it does is mask the pain.
Similarly erection pills don't fix the cause of erectile dysfunction either.
In order to achieve a cure for ED you need to fix the root cause which could be caused by :
Clogged blood vessels
Hormone deficiency
Depression/anxiety
Nitrate deficiency.
The fix can be very simple... lose weight, exercise more, improve diet etc. All it requires is willpower.
