When you're in Thailand, it's a matter of budget. Usual ideas include booking the VIP lounge at one of the soapy parlours and party there - all should have karaoke and table for eating and drinking, some may have pool table or common jacuzzi for everyone to soak in. VIP room can be negotiated for free if you have the numbers. Each lady booking is by 1.5hr slot, so can do back-to-back and ask for discount on 2nd booking (if same girl).

Besides soapy, can book personal villa and then get escorts in. There's many agents online that help to organise such parties, but of course you are paying a premium for their service. Can also organise yourself if want to save money.

If just normal fun, G clubs have their VIP rooms too. Only more kinky place is Pimp where they will take off top for a price. If on budget, go the Thai KTVs or jap KTVs.
