recently tried a $60 house in gl. almost pay more money, outside house clarified with OKT that its 60 bucks, go inside house, after i pick the girl ald. he just muttered 80 bucks in chinese and held out his hand, i paused, i look at him and clarified in chinese, 60 bucks right? then he said oh ya ya, 60 bucks. just a reminder to clarify whenever in doubt and don’t just blur blur follow whatever people say. not pointing out the house because it’s small issue only, the house is generally reputable also. happy chionging all!!
