Had the exact same problem previously. Are you able to maintain erection while masturbating? Are you having a long term partner or someone new? Some ppl like myself get panic stricken or gan chiong strike when facing new "holes", new bodies. No medication or jg can help.. it's all im your mind bro. Just need to get over it.
