As a first timer, I would suggest an easier way for u. Land in DND airport, take taxi to Sinh Tourist (ST) office located along Bach Dang. Buy all your travel packages there. They have regular buses between Danang-Hoi An-Hue. U can go online to check their rates. ST is nice & cheap and caters to ang moh backpackers with English speaking staffs so u are in good hands.
There are plenty of backpacker hotels within walking distance of all the ST offices in all 3 cities so u may not even need to take a taxi (except to and fro airport).
Your budget is enough to cover all 3 cities if u travel backpacker style and forget about cheonging at KTVs. Have a good trip! But u might be kicking yourself for allocating just 5D/4N for this holiday... Hoi An alone would need 2N to explore the beautiful ancient town.
