Definitely outcall is safer but its more expensive bro. And you have never cheonged in Penang? Where do you go then? Ipoh? Actually if you really want to be safe, you can visit the hotels, choose the girl and check into your own room in the same hotel. I was in KL on a business trip last year. At a hotel with a spa.
