There are only 4 types out there.
No matter what brand you buy, it contains one (or more) of these 4 molecules.
Many "supplements" out there that claim to be "natural" or "herbal" or "organic" also contain these molecules.
Please look at the ingredients list (if there is one) to know what you are taking.
Please check with your Doctor before taking such medicines.

1. Sildenafil
Original Name: Viagra
Generics: Kamagra, Sildegra etc
Recommended max daily dose: 100mg
Special note: This medicine is also used to treat a rare disease called pulmonary hypertension. And also taken by mountain climbers for altitude sickness.

2. Tadalafil
Original Name: Cialis
Generics: Caliberi, Tadafil etc
Recommended max daily dose: 20mg
Special note: This medicine is also given at 5mg daily to treat symptoms arising from enlarged prostate gland

3. Vardenafil
Original Name: Levitra
Generics: None that I know of
Recommended max daily dose: 20mg

4. Avanafil
Original Name: Spedra
Generics: None that I know of
Recommended max daily dose: 200mg

Common side effects: Flushed face, Headache, Increase heart rate, Blue vision, Muscle aches, Acid reflux, Gastritis

If you are on a class of medicines called NITRATES used commonly for heart disease you MUST NOT take PDE5Is

It is possible to take more than the recommended max daily dose. But do not do this without your Doctor's advice.

Other treatments for ED include:
ESWT
Penile Injections - PRP, Alprostadil
Penile Implants

More importantly, Doctors will treat the other factors that may be contributing to the ED. These include:
1. Getting back to a healthy weight
2. Losing body fat
3. Diagnosing and controlling chronic diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes
4. Diagnosing and fixing low testosterone, high estrogen, low human growth hormone and other hormonal imbalances
5. Diagnosing and treating enlarged prostate, inflamed prostate and other prostate problems
6. Diagnosing and treating an overly tight or overly loose pelvic floor
7. etc

Phew
Thanks for the detailed explanation bro. Much appreciated. I just got a job change and see specialist at the moment. Hope it helps. Keeping my fingers crossed on this. I'm also starting to go for work outs to lose some weight. All for a good penetration and achieve a happy ending.
