For Cebu, you can try 2 ways to look for girls..

1. CASA - ask the taxi drivers (hotel ones will be safer), they will bring to CASA. Just a house/apt with girls...I tried this route many times in Manila and Cebu...maybe i have different tastes, but not many SYTs of my liking..ended up empty handed.
