Easy, following steps to post:

1) Click on "Quote" bottom left of last post.

2) Delete text. Type in your message.

3) Click on "Insert Image" - yellow icon, top. Delete "http://" and insert URL of image.

4) Click "Submit reply" when finished.

For Image URL, suggest U upload to one of the free hosting site eg: http://www.shooshshare.com/
