First of all, Zhuhai is much more accessible than DG because it is just a short cab ride away from Macau. And you can reach Macau with a direct flight on Tiger or Jetstar. Going from Macau to Zhuhai is even easier than going from SG to JB.
I used to go to Zhuhai since 7-8 yrs ago. Back then it was really a happening place (I thought it was heaven). Then they had a anti vice campaign there due to Hu Jintao's visit in 2009 which coincided with the 10th annivesary of Macau's return to China. So all the establishments, including saunas and KTVs, shut for almost 9 months.
Now they are back.. FINALLY.
If you want to experience the PRC sauna 一条龙 style service, but lazy to travel all the way to DG, you can go to Zhuhai.
I would seriously recommend 昌安假日酒店 as the most high class sauna there (attached to 5 star hotel). If you go after 11 pm, you can even stay overnight for free if you bonk there. You just pay a room booking fee which is damn cheap, less than RMB 200.
Then you choose your girls. They have normal girls at RMB 400 and premium models at RMB 500. You can choose as many as you want. Of course it is highly recommended that you try getting two girls if you have not tried before.

Yes, it is open 24 hours. But if you go at around 4 am, the selection of girls will dwindle. The reason is that many customers bao the girls for overnight and thus many of them won't be available. The best time to go is around 9 to 10 pm. Go there relax awhile, have a drink, have a foot massage and maybe even view the girls first. Remember to start your session only at 11.00 pm as this will enable you to stay overnight for free (girl not included of course).
It is reasonably near Gongbei customs. But not walkable. Maybe a 7 mins cab ride.

Weekends always full of ppl there, at least take about 1 hour to cross both customs, that for the foreigner queue
That is not by far the most high class sauna in ZH .... guess u havent went to places like 珠海怡景湾酒店。。。 珠海度假村。 Those are better and freaking expensive places.
