My friend and i are intending to go to Batam or Balai next weekend (15/10 - 16/10). Would the joints and entertainment palour be open? Any old birds going so that we can tag along and learn?

Is there an official Batam or Balai Guide?

Kindly enlighten :P

How ah? Wat period can go? Now ferry got fuel surcharge somemore. lol.. I went there twice before but it was 2 years back. Think probably a lot of things changed.

At batam, im not so sure. But in balai if u want to get chick u need to go at the back.U still able to get chick for sure

For the ferry now is 38 to batam 43 to balai

not advisable to go during RAMADAN
unless you are sure you will get a good catch
or you already have someone waiting for you there
ya...saw the notice about the SURCHARGE

now $30...NBZZ!
now some can use SMS for ferry reservation

"you already have someone waiting for you there" care to explain in simple from? so batam ticket now $30 or $38?? Wow so expensive...

oic thanks i already have a regular there liao.. just that i heard some of my fren few weeks ago telling me batam is not too safe.. so like to check out the situation there.. you knoe brother? hope you able to advise

To all Bro,
Juct back from batam this afternoon, most of the join open by back door entrance, everything as usual, per infomation from the massage gal, only the 1st day of fasting month (5Oct05) all join and massage area are closed. If you knowing some papasan or mamasan there, all as usual, ladies can be sent to yr hotel room without problem.

Official notice was that all joints closed until today. (9th Oct). Usually only backdoor lah. Then middle of Ramadan Close again for 2-3 days and end of Ramadan for another week or so. Total around 14-16 days closed. But usually all joints open back door lah.

If you are familiar and not choosy bout your gers, then should be ok, but if you are choosy yet don't have a regular, good luck. Most of them who had earned enough have gone back kampung for the festival. And guess who are the gers who had earned enough ? Of course better ones loh..
