Pearl Centre- the new Gelyang

Can any brothers comfirm this?

I heard a rumour that Pearl Centre on the 3rd floor, a new pub cum "lady seeking" outlet is to be made there. It would be like an escort service where PRCs and Viet ladies can safely sit there and wait for customers to come to pick them up.

My friend who had a shop there told me that. Any info to comfirm this?

Wow.... Cant wait to see what stock they have.

bro i was there recee from 2nd floor to 3rd floor then 4th floor didn't see any thing that u mention ler.......

That's what I thought .... cos 2-3 days ago I was there roaming around the whole building and inside was 'squeky clean!'

I think it is just a rumor. I read the news paper some days ago. The management of Pearl's centre has decided to close all the TN shops in PC. Now you can see most of the TNs has been closed down. Only a few are left. But according to the newspaper, the remaining TNs will be closed soon. So Pearl's Centre won't become Gelyang. I think the report is very true.

This news comes from the shop owner, my friend. According to him, the guy in the Management is the one who owns the shops at 3rd floor/ 4th floor and he wants to do it. Right now, it is renovation time. I am not too sure about it. 2 weeks ago, I was there and it was all empty. After a bit of chit chat, that is what I heard.

By the way, also found out that many of the TNs are rented out by the people in the management.

We just watch and see.

Sinc the shop owner is your friend, let just wait for your friend to update further lor... No point for us to go down n survey as you mention it's renovation time now! tio boh?

He formally own a shop renting to the TN PRC ladies mah. That is why he knows so much. Anyway, we just wait and see.
