Base on majority of mix reviews contrary to yours. I wechat may and lisa asking them can do 2 x CIM. Their reply is add money can...maybe you are super regular or very handsome. I believe with special relationship anything is possible. So your MR might be true as I have personally gotten like 2 FJ for same price after like 3rd visit and subsequent visits ML already gives me 2 FJ or 1FJ+1CIM at the same price.
