Yes, is true. Have been going here for years. The Ml just asked for the massage fees, I usually take 1.5 hours for $75 + tip $15.

Just visited PPC over the weekend for acupuncture, and noticed a no. of changes on level 3:

- Appears to be more and more OWO shops with many small units. It is getting out of hand...At the rate it is going, a clean up is inevitable one day...
- The 騷 lady has shifted to nearer the toilet, hers is still one of the biggest units and looks better than the rest, as in cleaner and brighter.
- Saw one ML 2nd unit from the exit door towards the link bridge to Chinatown Point that I nvr saw before. She is better looking among the mostly CMI MLs. Unit 03-70.
- Another ML that I didn't see before near the lift, P**g K**g Health. Also looks better than the rest but not as fair.

Any FR on unit 03-70?
